Frequently Asked Questions
How accurate is the due date?
Only about 5% of babies are born exactly on the due date. Most arrive within 2 weeks before or after.
Can I use the conception date instead?
Add 14 days to it to approximate the LMP, then use the calculator. Or enter the due date directly if you know it.
What if my cycles are irregular?
Use the ultrasound-based due date your provider gave you. LMP-based math assumes a 28-day cycle and may be off by days to a week or more.
