Time Zone Meeting Planner

Find the overlapping working-hours window across up to four time zones

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the meeting planner find a time?

It converts each participant's working-hours window to a common reference (UTC), intersects them, and reports the overlapping slot in every participant's local time - or flags "no overlap."

How is this different from a time-zone converter?

A converter shows what one time is elsewhere. This searches for a slot that lands inside everyone's working hours at once - a scheduling tool, not a clock.

What if there is no overlap?

With very spread time zones (e.g., US West ↔ East Asia) no shared working window exists; the tool says so, and you must rotate inconvenience or record async.

Does it handle daylight saving?

Use each participant's current UTC offset (which already reflects their DST state). Re-check around DST change dates, since regions switch on different days.
