Cabinet Cut List Calculator

Generate frameless cabinet box panel sizes from outer dimensions and material thickness

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this work for face-frame cabinets?

No. It generates a frameless, European-style box cut list. Face-frame cabinets need additional rails and stiles sized separately.

How are the top and bottom sized?

They fit between the two side panels, so each equals the outer width minus twice the material thickness, by the full depth.

What thickness should I use?

Three-quarter inch (18 mm) plywood or melamine is standard for cabinet boxes. Thinner stock is common for backs.

Should I account for the saw kerf?

Yes. When laying parts on a sheet, leave room for the blade width between pieces so finished sizes stay accurate.
